摘要
本文通过实验研究,证明导电加热切削这一非传统切削方法能够改善工件性能,有效抑制积屑瘤、鳞刺和颤振,是低这切削时改善工件表面质量的有效工艺方法。
This paper investigates that the Electric Hot Machining, which is a nonconventional cutting method, can improve the machinability of workpiece, and effectively restrain the built - up edge and scale and chatter. The experiments indicate that the Electric Hot Machining is an effective processing way to improve surface quality in low- speed cutting.
