摘要
为了研究运动疲劳和运动性蛋白尿的发生机理,30只SD大鼠随机分成4组,即对照组、运动即刻组、运动后1h组和运动后24h组,测定不同时相肾脏组织匀浆丙二醛(MDA)、游离巯基和Na+-K+-ATPase的变化,旨在探讨力竭性运动引起的氧化应激时肾功能的影响。研究结果提示,大鼠力竭性游泳运动可导致肾组织匀浆脂质过氧化水平提高,巯基含量下降,Na+-K+-ATPase活性下降,进而使肾功能异常,这些可能是运动性疲劳和运动性蛋白尿发生的重要原因之一。
In order to Study the mechanisms of exercise - induced exhaustion and porteinuria, the experiment was de- signed to investigate exhaustive exercise - induced oxidative stress on the functions of kidney tissue. 30 male Sprague - Daw- ley rats were randomly divided into four groups, and the changes were measured that tha content of MDA、Free - SH and Na+ - K+ - ATPase activity in the kidney tissue in the different phases were observed. The findings are shown that exhaus- tive swimming can lead to an increase of kidney tissue liPid peroxidation, a decrease of the Free - SH contents and the ac- tivity of Na+ - K+ - ATPase of kidney tissue the changes results in anormality of kidney functions. It might be one of the important reasons of exercise - induced exhaustion and porteinuria.
