利尿剂氨氯吡咪、苄硫噻嗪和三胺喋啶的LC/MS分析 被引量:1

摘要 国际奥委会规定检测的利尿剂采用甲基化和硅烷化后进行GC/MS确证分析。目前国际上用LC/MS对这类药物进行确证分析的报道不多,主要原因是LC/MS分析灵敏度不高。本文就上述问题对不同流动相和离子化试剂做了一些灵敏度对比研究实验,分别对标准品和阳性尿进行了LC/TS/MS分析,得到比较理想的结果。为进一步提高灵敏度,还需对流动相、离子化试剂等做更深入的研究。 There are thirteen banned diuretics by IOC. Most of them can be analysed by GC/MS after methyl derivatives. The detection limits are 0. 2~0. 5μg/ml. Amiloride, benzthiazide and triamterene are difficult to be derivatived by methylation. LC/MS is widely used for the direct analysis of nonvolital compounds, but there are very few reports about diuretics. The LC/MS analysis of the three drugs were reported in this paper. The effect of different combinaton of mobile phases on the sensitivities of amiloride, benzthiazide and triamterene were studied. The standards of the three drugs and drug positive urine samples were analysed with LC/TS/MS.
