Isolation And Identification of Ostriche ILT Virus

本文为国内首次报道鸵鸟传染性喉气管炎 (ILT)并分离到一株ILTV。该病症状以呼吸道症状为主 ,病鸵鸟呼吸困难 ,张口呼吸、咳嗽 ,咳出带血的渗出物 ,发病率78.9% ,死亡率20%。经临床症状 ,病理变化观察 ,琼脂扩散试验以及人工接种试验确诊为ILT。并通过自制组织灭活苗 。

A strain of ILTV was isolatated from Ostrich, which is considered to be the first report in China. The disease was manifested in respiratory tract.The ill ostriches were difficult in breathing with open mouth.The morbility was 78.9% and death rate was 20%.ILT in ostriches was diagnosed through clinical and histopathological examination, AGP and artificial inoculation.The disease was put under control by using the inactivated vaccine prepared with the isolated virus and other preventive measures.
