摘要
阐述了拉深成形数值模拟过程 ,分析了多道次拉深成形数值模拟关键技术 ,研究了多道次拉深成形特点 ,针对挡油盘零件多道次拉深成形实例 ,应用数值模拟方法进行了拉深工艺的改进。研究结果表明 ,应用数值模拟技术可以预测拉深成形中起皱、破裂、回弹和刚性不足等缺陷 ,优化模具和拉深工艺参数 ,减少反复试验的次数 。
Multi stage sheet metal drawing is mainly used for drawing parts with large depth. Because of the complexity of a multi stage drawing process, the processing technology is usually determined by a 'trial and error' method. In this paper, a procedure of numerical simulation for drawing was described, the key technologies of numerical simulation for multi stage drawing were analyzed and the characteristics of multi stage drawing were researched. Finally, the numerical simulation was used successfully to improve the drawing process of an oil shield. The research results indicate that the numerical simulation can forecast the shortcomings in drawing, such as wrinkle, split, spring back and low strain, and optimize the die and drawing process. As a result, the trial can be decreased or even be canceled, and the drawing quality can be improved greatly.
