摘要
黑河流域中游灌区节水对策与措施主要是:适当压缩农田种植面积,调整农业种植结构,提高灌水技术水平,推广高新节水技术,逐步建立合理的水价格体系等,实现“黑河分水”方案。
Major measures for water-saving in the middle reaches of the Hei River consist of reducing plantation areas of crops, adjusting plantation pattern, improving irrigation techniques, extending advanced and new water-saving technology and establishing a reasonable water pricing system, and finally realizing the scheme of 'water diversion in Hei River'.
