摘要
《中华人民共和国招标投标法》施行后 ,各地都按照招投标法的要求对水利工程建设项目进行了招标投标工作 ,并取得了一定成效 但是在实际招投标过程中仍然有一些不规范的问题 因此 ,根据招投标中可能存在的不规范问题 。
After the bidding law of the People's Republic of China was implemented,the bidding work was executed in the construction project of hydraulic engineerings by this law and the effect is good.But there are some problems in the course of bidding.Based on these problem,this paper proposed some countermeasures.
