摘要
我国水电厂“无人值班”(少人值守 )工作开展至今已 8年 ,在 8年中取得了很大的成绩 ,已有2 8个水电厂通过了原国家电力工业部和国家电力公司组织的正式验收 ,水电厂管理水平提高 ,减人增效成果显著 ,水电厂的技术状况和整体面貌大为改观。文中综合概述了我国开展水电厂“无人值班”(少人值守 )工作的情况、成果和体会 ,针对存在的问题 ,对今后应做工作提出了建议 ,展望了我国水电厂的发展 ,以及逐渐与国际接轨的美好前景。
Unmanned on duty" hydropower plants have developed for 8 years in China, and great achievements have been made during these years. 28 hydropower plants have passed the checkup executed by the former State Power Industry Ministry of China and the State Power Corporation of China. The progresses in management and techniques have promoted the operation efficiency of hydropower plants, and the entire management has been greatly improved. In this paper, the implementation, achievements and experiences in "unmanned on duty" hydropower plants in China are reviewed. Aimed at existing problems, some suggestions are proposed for future work. The development trend of hydropower plants in China is pointed out, and the prospects of reaching the international level are outlined.
