摘要
随着社会科学文明的不断进步 ,人类对天然的野菜植物越来越感兴趣 ,野菜也就成为了绿色食品的代名词。本文对几种常见山野菜 ,特别是北方山区常见的种类在形态学和生态学方面作了简要的介绍 ,着重分析了它们的营养成分含量 。
With the advancement of science and civilization, people are becoming more and more interesed in natural plants. Wild vegetables are a synonym of green food. Several kinds of familiar wild vegetables,especially growing in the northern mountainous areas, are briefly introduced from the view of morphology and ecology. Nutritious ingredients are analyzed as a referece.
