In the development of Chinese culture, Confucianism and Taoism have great influences in different fields. The former is mainly revealed in politics and ethics, and the latter in thinking and philosophical ideas. The paper is an attempt to discuss the influences of Taoism on the Taoist's rhetoric theory and the origin of the influences.
