铰链混凝土板沉排新技术与施工实践

New technology of hinged concrete slab mattress and construction practice

预制混凝土板铰链排是一种新型柔性的平顺护岸形式 ,它将预制混凝土板用铰链连接成排体与其下的土工布共同抗冲反滤 ,具有整体性好、适应河床变形能力强、取材容易、施工简单、维护管理方便、经济实用的特点 ,近年来在长江重要堤防隐蔽工程同马大堤、黄冈干堤吕杨林段、鄂州粑铺大堤推广运用 ,运行良好。根据长江黄冈干堤吕杨林段工程实践 ,简要介绍铰链排护岸结构。

Hinged precast concrete slab mattress is a new flexible smooth revetting structure. The mattress body consisting of hinged precast concrete slabs and an underlying layer of geotextile is commonly used for scour resistance and filtering. This concrete mattress is characterized by good integrity, strong capacity to adapt to the deformation of river bed, easily obtaining materials, and is economical, practical and convenient for construction, management and maintenance. In recent years, this type of concrete mattress was applied in the Yangtze Rivers dyke sections at Tongma, Luyanglin, Bapu, and operated very well. On the basis of the project practice of the Yangtze rivers main dyke at Luyanglin, the revetting structure, construction equipment and construction technology of hinged concrete mattress are briefly presented.
