摘要
射水法建造薄型混凝土防渗墙 ,是近 10a来才发展并日趋完善的建造地下连续墙的新工法。该工法具有工艺合理、工序衔接紧密、设备配套完整且自成系统 ,适应地层范围广、成墙垂直精度高、施工布置灵活、事故处理难度小及造墙性价比高等显著优点 ,在 1998年历史罕见的特大洪水过后 ,在长江、赣江、鄱阳湖等国内重要堤防加固工程中 ,得到广泛采用 ,取得了较好的社会经济效益。通过在安徽同马大堤加固工程 (以下简称同马大堤二标 )、湖北荆南长江干堤第三标段加固工程 (以下简称荆南长江干堤三标 )的施工中的探索总结 ,针对具体的堤形和地质特点及施工设备现状等 ,结合施工质量控制 ,提出了一些改进措施 。
Building thin concrete seepage prevention wall by water jetting method is a construction technology developed and gradually perfected in recent 10 years for constructing continuous underground wall. After extraordinary flood in 1998, it has been widely used in important dyke reinforcement works of the Yangtze river, Ganjiang river, Poyang lake and considerable social and economic benefits have been obtained. Through research and summary on the dyke reinforcement construction of Tongma levee in Anhui province and Jingnan levee in Hubei province along the Yangtze river, in the light of concrete dyke type and geologic characteristics and status quo of construction equipment and in combination with construction quality, some improvement measures were suggested and satisfactory achivements were obtained. Therefore bold prospects and considerations are put forward for constructing thin concrete seepage prevention wall by water jetting method, which should be summarized and improved in future construction practice.
