摘要 长江重要堤防隐蔽工程咸宁长江干堤邱家湾段防渗工程 ,因地质条件复杂 ,防渗墙较深 ,工程量大 ,原定“薄形抓斗成槽浇筑塑性混凝土墙”的施工技术方案 ,在实施中遇到较大困难 ,后对部分堤段改用“高压摆喷灌浆成墙”方案 ,实践表明 ,该项技术施工速度快 ,有关指标达到了设计要求 ,不仅为同类工程施工积累了宝贵经验 ,而且拓宽了高喷防渗技术的适用范围。 In the construction of the seepage control project for Qiujiawan section of the Yangtze rivers main dyke in accordance with the original design scheme, difficulties arose in trenching with narrow grab buckets and placing plastic concrete due to complicated geologic conditions, deeper seepage control wall and huge work volume. Afterwards, high pressure swinging spraying grouting technology was adopted to build the seepage control wall for a portion of the dyke section. The engineering practice showed that application of this technology sped up the seepage control wall construction and related technical indexes satisfied design requirements. This practice not only accumulated valuable experience for similar projects, but also spread its application scope.
