尺寸链原理在定位误差分析计算中的应用

Application of Dimensional Chain Principle to Analysis and Calculation of Position Error

提出了定位误差尺寸链中封闭环的确定方法与定位误差的求解过程 ,澄清了定位误差尺寸链计算中易混淆的几个问题 ,简化并规范了定位误差的计算。同时从尺寸链原理角度对定位误差进行理论分析 。

The present paper puts forward the specified method of closing ring in the dimensional chain of position error and the problem-solving process of position error, clarifies some confusing problems in the calculation of dimensional chain of position error, simplifies and standardizes its calculation. Besides, the position error is theoretically analyzed on the basis of dimensional chain principle, and the factors to influence the position error are stated here.
