摘要
半金属摩擦材料与金属对偶的摩擦起源于接触区附近的表面形变和粘着。各种固体润滑剂材料可在摩擦表面上生成牢固的、分子定向的转移膜 ,使摩擦表面的摩擦变为固体润滑剂之间的摩擦 ,从而降低其摩擦与磨损。研究表明 ,不同的固体润滑剂润滑效率不同 ,改性效果对温度的依赖主要与固体润滑剂本身的温度特性有关 ;当少量填充固体润滑剂时 ,对磨耗即有明显改善 ,而摩擦系数下降不大 ,但用量过多会使摩擦材料的摩擦系数下降过低 ,同时磨耗性能的改善也会下降 ;
The friction between half metal friction materials and metals lies in the surface transmutation and adhesion in the contact area.The wear of the friction material consists of adhesive wear,granular wear,heat fatigue wear and heat oxidation wear.Lubricants can produce solid transfer membrane of molecular orientation on the friction surface and can turn the friction between the friction surface to the friction among solid lubricants.Thus the friction and wear of the material can be reduced.The results indicated that the lubricative efficiency of distinct solid lubricants is different,and the temperature dependency of a lubricant has relations with its temperature characteristics.It demonstrates that a complex of several kinds of lubricants can improve the modification efficiency.
