主要啮齿动物引诱剂的研究

A Study on the Attractant of Major Rodent

研究结果显示 ,啮齿动物不同 ,引诱剂的组分和含量则不同。鼢鼠型引诱剂主要含大葱素、氯化钾、氯化钠、葡萄糖、果糖及其它单糖和多糖等 ;田鼠型与鼢鼠型基本相同 ,只是大葱素含量不同 ;家鼠型主要以糖类为主 ,含量介于 6 5 .79%～ 84 .75 %之间 ,啮齿动物尿蛋白含量 0 .6 6 %～ 1.32 %。鼢鼠型引诱剂对甘肃鼢鼠的引诱增益指数最高达 2 8.85 %。

Research results showsed that the rodents are not same, the composition and content of attractant are not same. Zoker attractant mainly contains scallion hormone, potassium chloride, common salt, glucose, gructose and other single sugar and amylose etc. Hedgeshrew and zoke are basically identical ,howerver scallion hormone content is not same; the major composition of the attractant of house mouse is glucide, content is 65.79%～84.75%, the content of uric acid of rodent 0.66%～1.32%. The zoker attractants for gansu zoker lure extra index is as high as reach 28.85%.
