摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定小尾寒羊及德国美利奴羊 ( )与小尾寒羊 (♀ )的杂交一代的心肌、肝脏、肺脏、骨骼肌肉等组织中的乳酸脱氢酶 ,结果表明 :不同品种羊的同工酶谱带表现出特异性 ,同时同一品种不同组织的同工酶谱带也不相同 ,杂交一代各组织同工酶谱带的迁移率 Rf高于小尾寒羊 ,与其在生产性能上结果相同。
Lactate dehydrogenase isoenzymes have been determined with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis from heart? liver? lung and muscle with small tail han yang and German Merino. The result showed that it is characteristic of the enzyme belts of different varieties on sheep. And the enzyme belts of different tissues of breed are not same. The Rf of the enzyme belts in every tissue of hybridization breeds are higher than small tail han yang. The result are the same as the production.
