摘要
通过对I/V -ADC过程的逆向建模 ,补偿了I/V -ADC过程的非线性和受温度等环境因素影响产生的测量误差 ,提高了对高准确度恒流源的测量准确度。建模过程简单 ,易于实现。
The measurement method of high accuracy mA constant current with the I/V ADC process is discussed.The measurement accuracy is advanced by means of compensating the measurement error caused by the non linearity and circumstance factors like temperature through the converse modeling of the I/V ADC process.The modeling process is simple and easy to realize.
