摘要
针对防弹织物树脂层压复合材料的研制 ,考察了层压复合材料面密度、纤维类型、树脂体系、铺层混杂方式及纤维混杂分数、织物铺层。
The influences of areal density,type of fiber and resin,mode of ply stacking hybrid,fiber orientation and delamination on ballistic impact properties of laminated composite targets are investigated.Experimental results indicate the capacity of energy absorption of ployvinyl alcohol fabric thermoplastic targets is biggest,and the deformation of aramid fabric thermoset targets is smallest among three types of laminated composite targets with the same areal density.There is a compromise between energy absorption and deformation.The optimum hybrid fraction of polyvinyl alcohol fiber in aramid and polyvinyl alcohol fabric ply stacking hybrid composites is determined to be 20%.The laminated composite targets with the same ply and no delamination have almost the same perforation critical velocity no matter how fibers are orientated.
