摘要
体育教学是一个多系列、多层次的完整体系,其中教育、培养、增强体质三项任务是不可分割的统一体,必须把三者贯穿于体育教学的全过程。增强体质是体育教学的出发点和归宿。根据体育教育思想和发展方向的需要,体育教学要面向社会实践,开展科学体育锻炼和传统健身活动,培养身心完备的综合型人才。
Physical education is a multiple process, educating, training and building body are a unit which can never be separated. We have to use them throughout the education.Building body is the home of physical education. According to the educational ideal, PEshould face the social practice, cultivate synthetic talents.
