分析了我国加入WTO后,经济欠发达城市在城乡规划建设领域面临的机遇和挑战,并结合咸阳市实际提出若干应对方略。
After entry WTO, the urban andrural construction and planning of the cityin developing regions like Xianyang,faces various opportunities and chal-lenges. This article analyses the situa-tion and outs forward some measuresto meet them.
