摘要
以茎段为外植体 ,经 TDZ诱导后 ,建立了甘露子的高频再生体系。其中以附加 1 .0mg/ L TDZ的效果最好 ,经过 8周的培养平均每个外植体可以获得 37.5个不定芽。在 MS培养基上生根以后 ,经过炼苗的再生植株可有效地定植于土壤中。组织学观察表明再生植株多数是通过器官发生途径获得的 。
Using axillary nodes as explants,a high frequency plantlet regeneration system induced by thidiazuron(TDZ) was established.After 8 weeks of culture on MS medium containing 1.0 mg/L TDZ,37.5 adventitious shoots per explant on average were achieved.Rooted plantlets were successfully transplanted to soil after acclimatization.Histological examination showed that most of the plantlets were regenerated via organogenesis,but some of them via somatic embryogenesis.
