摘要 表皮干细胞不仅在组织稳态和皮肤损伤修复中发挥重要作用,而且对研究肿瘤发生机制和皮肤疾病的基因治疗具有重大意义。多年来,人们一直致力于寻找干细胞特异性分子标记物以及体内干细胞的精确定位研究,并且发现,根据细胞动力学特点以及细胞内和细胞膜表面的一些特异性标记物可以鉴别出表皮干细胞。本文综述了近年来国内外学者在表皮干细胞鉴定方法学方面取得的一些进展。 s:Epidermal stem cells not only play a central role in homeostasis and wound repair,but serve as a key factor in investigation of tumor initiation and cutaneous gene therapy.In this field,efforts were made to seek spe-cial molecular markers and precise in vivo localization of the putative stem cells.The study shows that epidermal stem cells can be distinguished from other keratinocyte according to the cell kinetic analysis and some specific markers for stem cells,such asβ1-integrin,keratin19etc.In this paper,the approaches of identification of epider-mal stem cells were reviewed.
