海洋放线菌对大黄鱼病原弧菌的拮抗作用和抗菌谱

THE ANTIBIOTIC RANGES OF ANTAGNISM ACTINOMYCES FOR PATHOGENIC Vibrio FROM Pseudosciaena crocea AND THEIR INHIBITORY ACTIVITIES

在大黄鱼 (Pseudosciaenacrocea)病原弧菌的拮抗放线菌筛选和人工诱变基础上 ,选择出对溶藻弧菌 (Vibrioalginolyticus)和副溶血弧菌 (V.parahaemolyticus)同时具有较强拮抗作用的4株放线菌。采用琼脂块法测定4株放线菌的抗菌谱 ,并检测4株放线菌分别在固体和液体培养液中的拮抗作用。结果表明 :4株放线菌的抗菌谱均较窄 ,在固体和液体培养基中对2种病原弧菌都有较强的拮抗作用。

On the base of the selection and artificial mutagenesis for some antagnism actionomyces to pathogens Vibrio alginolyticus and V. parahaemolyticus of large yellow croaker Pseudosciaena crocea, four actinomyces 002,00210, 018070405 and 018070409 were chosen to investigate their antibiotic range and antagnism to above the two Vibrio by both agar lump and meat solution method. The results showed that all the 4 selected actinomyces could evidently inhibit the growth of the two pathogenic Vibrios, their antibiotic ranges seemed narrow on agar lump, and the antagnism, i.e. inhibitory activities, to these pathogenic strains in meat solution displayed relatively stronger.
