从以阶级斗争为纲的失败,到一个中心两个基本点的改革,再到所有制、分配、市场调控方式的突破;从与“大民主”共生的“无法无天”灾难,到社会主义的民主与法制建设缺一不可,再到民主、法治、德治须三位一体;从与党的领导交织的事实上终身制的后患,到改革党和国家的领导制度、党政分开与废除终身制,再到党的活动要以三个代表为出发点和归宿;从无人民军队与巩固的国防就无人民的国家与福利,到精兵化、现代化、正规化的建军新思路、再到四大建军要求、科技建军、依法建军思想;三代领导人的探索表明,经济建设、民主法制、坚持与改善党的领导、加强国防和军队建设,是人民民主政权建设的成功经验。

The paper reviews the course of explorations of three generations of the Party's leaders for building a people's democratic State power and compares their theories of building a people's democratic State power.Their different explorations show that economic construction,democracy and law,upholding and improving the Party's leadership,and strengthening the building of our national defense and the armed forces constitute the valuable experience in building a people's democratic State power.
