Education in scientific outlook on life should be the basis for college students' quality education.It is aimed at the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,meeting the challenge of market economy,and the common demands in the period of formation of the students' outlook on life.It helps improve the students' political,ethical,psychological,scientific and cultural qualities.It should be carried out by means of theoretical educatiion,practical education and self-educatioin with the joint efforts made by the college,society and students.
