Thoughts on College Students' Management in New Conditions

扩招、后勤社会化、弹性学制、完全学分制,原有的班级出现动态性变化,新条件下的高校学生管理工作需要加强,也需要变化。学生的思想政治教育、高素质学生工作队伍的建设、与学生的沟通和与社会的联系、完善试题库等工作均需要加强;需要变化的是,对学生的选课和某些管理项目上可实行弹性、宽松式的、自由度大的管理,选拔高年级优秀学生任低年级班主任的做法应予以推广。

Today,college students' management work faces up to the challenges of:an increase in the enrollment of students,the transfer of colleges' social services to the market economy,the elastic school system and the credit system.So,strengthening students' management work should be focused on:strengtheing students' ideological and political education,building up a contingent of highly qualified student workers,promoting communication with students and links with the society,improving the test item bank,etc.
