利益主体(Stakeholder)理论在区域旅游规划中的应用——以四川省乐山市为例 被引量:196

摘要 不同利益主体之间的合作是区域和城市旅游业可持续发展的保障。本文尝试将利益主体理论应用到四川省乐山市旅游发展战略规划过程中 ,并对不同利益主体的旅游意识和利益表达进行了定性与定量分析 ;讨论并提出了“利益主体” Collaboration among different stakeholders is of great significance to guarantee the sustainability of tourism development at a regional and/or city level. In an attempt to apply stakeholder theory in the consultation of strategic tourism planning collaborated with UNCHS/Habitat (United Nations Center for Human Settlement) Urban Management Programme (UMP) Asia, the authors analyze qualitatively and quantitatively stakeholder awareness and benefit appeals of tourism development in Leshan, Sichuan Province in Southwestern China, where a World Natural and Cultural Heritage Site, Mount Emei Giant Buddha is located. Five key issues of the city's tourism development are identified and measured in the project by designing an approach of measuring stakeholders' tourism awareness and benefit appeals, based on a two dimension diagram (See Fig.3). Findings of this measurement of tourism stakeholders' awareness and benefit appeals are of great help to make tourism strategic planning for the city.
