摘要
我们发现 ,经 (2 3齿 )锤击试验考核合格的火工品 ,装入引信后进行 (1 8齿 )锤击试验、实弹射击试验 ,均出现过火工品早炸现象。火工品锤击试验考核其安定性的可靠性值得探讨。苏式雷管使用中未发现问题 ,在于雷管本身感度低 ,安定性好。近年来流行的高感度雷管暴露出了锤击试验的缺陷。由于火工品在锤击辅助工具中 ,上下垫有纸垫 ,并且间隙小 ,而在引信中 ,火工品装入隔爆件中 ,隔爆件为运动件 ,间隙较大 ,上下面大多为金属制件 ,所以火工品在 2 3齿锤击试验中所受的力 ,可能没有在引信中 1 8齿所受的力大 ,造成验收合格的火工品并不一定满足引信锤击试验的要求 ,本文旨在提出这一问题并作浅显的分析 ,以引起火工、引信界重视 ,制定科学的火工品验收条件 。
We have discovered that fire works qualified by the hammering test using a cogwheel with twenty three tooth are to explode too early whether is fuze hammering test using a cogwheel with eighteen tooth or in proof fire. It is worth to study the safety and reliability of fire works in hammering test. The sensitiveness of the detonator made in russia is low and the stability of it is reliable, so it has been used for many years. In recent years, the mordern high sensitive detonator exposes the defect of hammering test. Because in the hammering test assisting tools of the fire works, there are liners to be used on the both ends of the fire works and the gap is small, but in fuze, the fire works is fitted in a movable interrupter, the gap in it is bigger and the parts on and below the interrupter are all metal made, the force which the fire works will bear is the hammering test using the logwheed with twenty three tooth is perhaps smaller than that the fire works will bear in fuze hammering test using a cogwheel with eighteen tooth, thus making every fire works qualified by checking and accepting can't meet the requirements of fuze hammering test. The purpose of this text is to put forward the question and analyze it simply, so as to arouse the colleagues to pay attention, draw up scientific examining and accepting specifications of fire works and improve the safety of the product.
