摘要
风险投资是促进高科技发展的有效机制 ,但风险投资在我国的发展存在许多法律障碍 ,建立在传统经济基础之上的法律制度已经明显滞后于风险投资的实践。本文重点围绕风险投资机制中的有限合伙和退出机制两方面进行分析 。
Venture investment is an effective mechanism in high tech development. In China, however, there are many legal obstacles in developing venture investment. The legal systems founded on the basis of traditional economy have obviously lagged behind by the practice of venture investment. This paper analyses the limited partnership and withdrawal mechanism, and provides some suggestions on perfecting the legal systems.
