论“以德治国”与党的建设

On"Running the Country With Virtue"and the Building of the Party

本文通过对儒家治国论所提供的思想资源的论述 ,指出“以德治国”中的“德”首先是指执政党的领导干部和党员的自身道德 ,即党德、官德。那么 ,党德、官德的建设 ,也是中国共产党“治国”能力和水平的人文精神的具体体现。批判继承我国古代优秀的德治传统 ,将对从严治党、从严治政、加强党的自身建设 。

Commenting on Confucianism about running acountry with virtue,the author points out that building the Party with virtue reflects the humanity and capacity of the Chinese Communist Party.Virtue,above all,is the self-morality of the leaders and members of the CPC.Virtue is in general regarded as the official morality and party's morality.It is very practical to criticize and inherit the outstanding ideas about the management of virtue created by Confucianism so that we can administer our country strictly and build our party into a strong communist party.
