摘要
中国自古以来就是一个统一的多民族的国家 ,历代王朝都十分重视民族法制建设。民国时期治藏法律制度的建设对于巩固国家对西藏的主权做出了一定的贡献。本文对民国西藏法制的状况、法律特点。
Since ancients time China has been a unified multi-national country. All the successive dynasties attach importance to the construction of national legal system. In the time of the Republic of China, the legal system governing Tibetan made certain contribution to strengthen state sovereignty in Tibet. The article estimates objectively the characters and experience and doctrine of the Tibetan law in the Republic.
