On the Deficiency of Moral Evaluation of "Taking Up the Cudgel for a Just Cause" and its Legal Perfection

对见义勇为仅作道德评价是不够的 ,应强化对见义勇为的法律评价。然而 ,尽管我国目前的法律对见义勇为作出了积极、肯定的评价 ,但仍存在着不足 ,所以 ,应完善立法 。

It is far from enough only to make a moral evaluation to the heroic acts of 'Taking up the cudgel for a just cause'. Its legal evaluation should be strengthened. Now, in spite of the great efforts we have made, there still exists deficiency in such evaluation. Therefore, legislation should be improved so as to enhance the material control of the righteous acts.
