略论包拯的民本思想

On BAO Zheng's people-orientation ideology

为了挽救北宋王朝的统治危机 ,包拯向宋仁宗大力宣扬儒家治国的民本思想 ,从理论基础、君民关系、基本原则等方面进行了全面的阐述 ,并在力所能及的范围内 ,为民制产 ,让农民有田可耕 ;为民请命 ,轻徭薄赋 ;为民父母 ,整顿吏治 ;为民作主 ,改革法制 ,取得了一定的效果。儒家民本与近代民主虽有某种联系 ,可是在思想主体、前提和经济基础方面 。

In order to pass through the political crisis of the Northern Song Dynasty,BAO Zheng propagandized with a great effort the people-orientation thought of Confucious and Mencious,illustrating it from all aspects such as the theoretical basis and the relationship between the emperor and the people.At the same time,he tried to make farmers have fields to cultivate,decreased the taxes,consolidated the local administration and reformed the legal system as possible as he could,thus achieving certain fruits.While there is connection to some degree between people-orientation thought and democracy,yet there are fundamental differences in their ideologies,backgrounds and economic foundations.
