摘要
本文通过改变水稻源、库关系的方法探讨了水稻强、弱势粒结实差异的生理原因。水稻谷粒灌浆有一定的阶段性和顺序性,强势粒优先灌浆充实。在灌浆过程中,强势粒的可溶性糖、水分含量、呼吸强度及ATP含量变化等均比弱势粒强。谷粒的能障水平与许多代谢强弱呈负相关。此外,谷粒内源ABA有促进灌浆的作用。
By changing the relationship of source and sink, we discuss the differences of kerenel filling between vigorous and weak spikelets and point out the possible physiological reasons resulting of these differences. It is discovered that endogenous ABA has an effect on increasing the filling of spikelets. The concept of energy barrier is also discussed.
