摘要
对一组(56例)椎基 TIA 病例的 BAEP 作前瞻性研究,发现电生理改变与临床缺血发作相关。长期追踪的54例中,19例再/屡次发作或演变成完全卒中,BAEP 呈持续异常趋向。2例于急性发作期观察,曾目睹一次发作并记录全过程电生理动态变化,有助于说明 BAEP,尤其是 IPL 参量对脑干短暂缺血的敏感性。
Brainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP)of agroup of 56 cases with vertebrobasilar TIA have beenstudied prospectively and a close correlation between theelectrophysiological alterations observed in a longitudinalsurvey and clinical ischemic attacks has been noticed.Interestingly,BAEP abnormalities tended to be persistentin 19,with relapsing or even evolving complete strokeclinically,out of 54 cases during the course of long-termfollow-up,so this fact might signify an unfavourableprognosis and have a warning implication.In themeantime,we observed BAEPs of 2 cases in acute stateand saw a typical attack in person with the recording ofthe whole time course of electrophysiological dynamicchanges,These results contributed to show the sensitivityof BAEP,especially IPL,to transitory brainstem ischemic involvement.
