摘要 应用自发性高血压脑卒中易发大鼠(SHRSP)并通过注射苯肾上腺素制作急性高血压模型。组织切片和分离脑毛细血管应用 HE、KB 和 Mallory 法染色,并对硷性磷酸酶(AKP)等12种酶行组织化学染色。我们观察到 SHRSP 的脑毛细血管9种酶活性高于对照组,脉络丛5种酶活性高于对照组。 We used Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats StrokeProne(SHRSP)and made acute hypertension model byinjecting phenelephrine 0.5ml/kg and taken B.P.beforeand after 2% Evans blue dye solution and ^(125)I bovineserum to SHRSP and Wistar rats.Animals weresacrificed after lh of the injection and the brain,heartand kidney were removed.Cerebral capillaries of someSHRSP and Wistar rats were separated with Goldsteinmethod.The tissue section and capillaries separated werestained with HE,Mallory and KB methods and withhistochemical methods in alkaline phosphatase(AKP),monoamine oxidase(MAO)etc.We observed that 9 kindsof enzymatic activity in cerebral capillaries of SHRSPand 5 kinds of enzymatic activity in choroid plexus ofSHRSP were higher than those of Wistar rats.
