摘要
本文采用被动回避性条件反射方法——跳台试验和水迷宫法,观察了鼠脑双侧无名质区域注入 Ibotenic 酸后,对大鼠学习获得和记忆巩固能力的影响。学习和记忆能力的衡量指标是:1.大鼠自水迷宫起点游至终点所需要的时间和进入盲端的错误次数;2.跳台试验中从台上跳下双足触电的错误次数。实验结果表明:鼠脑的双侧无名质区破坏,可使大鼠的学习获得和记忆巩固能力均发生障碍。
Effects on acquisition of study and consolidation ofmemory of rats by injecting ibotenic acid into bilateralsubstantia innominata were investigeted using passiveavoidance response methods as step—down test and waterlabyrinth test.The indexes of quantity of these tests wereas follows:1.swimming time from the beginning to theend of water labyrinth and the frequency of errors;2.the frequency of errors in step-down test.Our datasuggested that the involvement of bilateral substantiainnominata of rats resulted in the disturbance ofacquisition of study and consolidation of memory.
