良性高颅压症(附27例病例报告及12例随防结果)

Benign Intracranial Hypertension(Twenty-seven Case of BIH and Tweive Follow-up Surveied Cases)

本文报告了经 CT,MRI、脑血管造影、腰穿囊虫间凝试验等检查无异常的高颅压27例随访12例。经用激素、甘油等药物治疗后病情明显好转,临床诊断良性高颅压。值得注意的是对本病的诊断必须慎重,对疑有良性高颅压者,必须做全面检查,以排除其它情况,并且应定期复查随访。肾上腺皮质激素效果较好。本病病因是否与变态反应有关值得探讨。

We reported twenty-seven eases of benignintracranial hypertension(BIH)which showedabnormality examined by CT,MRI,CerebralAngiography.Lumber punctune cysticercus-indirectagglutination and twelve follow-up surveied cases.Thepatients condition is obviously improved after the patientswere treated by hormone and giycerinum.It is worthpaying attention that the diagnosis of BIH must becautious,the suspcious benign intracranial hypertensioncase must be made comprehensive review in order toeliminate other case and should reexamine and follow-up survey periodically.The adrenocortical hormone(ACH)is efficacious.It is worth studying that theetioloty of BIH might be related to allergic reaction.
