重庆市包装工业现状及发展规划的研究

一、现状重庆包装工业的历史源远流长。在党的十一届三中全会以后,经过10年的改造和发展,重庆包装工业有了长足的进步,已初步形成有一定规模、技术比较先进、门类比较齐全的现代包装工业体系。1988年重庆包装工业产值达7.49亿元,占全国包装工业总产值的3%;占重庆市工农业总产值的3.16%。利税0.98亿元,职工总数59607人,人均利税1590元;全员劳动生产率12581元,低于全国包装工业的平均水平(16700元),也低于重庆市工业企业的平均水平。重庆包装行业拥有生产、经营、科研、教育等600多个企事业单位,

Packaging industry of Chongqing has made a great progoress thanks to the reform and development program over the past ten years.It has entered a modern packaging industry system with a comparative big scale,rather advanced technology and rather complete catagories.Main problems still exist facing the industry 1.uneffective united coordination:2.inadequate product structure:3.short of machinery and materials for packaging;4. lower level of business management and low economic result:5.seeking short-term enterprise behaviour,and lack of momentum for technical progress:6.lower capacity of equipm ent matching and unsatisfied speclization level.This article,in consideration of these problems,puts forward the targets and tasks from the angles of economy,management, science and technology,and education.
