肺血合剂治疗咯血急症临床研究

Clinical study of Feixue mixture(肺血合剂) on hemoptysis

目的 :观察肺血合剂治疗咯血的疗效。方法 :将 84例轻、中、重度咯血患者随机分为 2组 :治疗组 4 2例应用肺血合剂治疗 ,每日 3次 ,每次 2 0 ml,大咯血者即服 2 0～ 4 0 m l;对照组 4 2例采用止血敏治疗 ,每日2次 ,每次 2～ 4 g。比较 2组疗效。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 97.6 2 % ,对照组总有效率为 83.33% ,2组比较有显著性差异 (t=2 .16 88,P<0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组平均止血时间为 (86 .0 5± 32 .19)小时 ,对照组平均止血时间为(12 0 .6 9± 2 9.39)小时 ,治疗组止血时间比对照组平均提前 1.4 4日 ,2组比较有非常显著性差异 (t=4 .90 12 ,P<0 .0 1)。结论 :肺血合剂治疗咯血疗效显著 ,能缩短止血时间 ,优于西医常规治疗 ,且无不良反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Feixue mixture(FXM,肺血合剂) on hemoptysis.Methods:Eightyfour patients with gentle,mild and severe hemoptysis were randomly divided into 2 groups.Therapeutic group (42 cases) were treated with FXM 20 ml each time,3 times a day,some severe patients were given FXM 2040 ml each time.Control group (42 cases) were treated with dicynowe 24 g each time, 2 times a day.Results:The total effective rate of therapeutic group was higher than that of control group (97 62% vs.83 33%, t =2 168 8, P <0 05),the average clotting time of therapeutic group was obviously lower than that of control group 〔(86 05±32 19) h vs.(120 69±29 39) h, t =4 901 2, P <0 01〕.Conclusions:FXM has obvious effect in treatment of hemoptysis.It can shorten clotting time,have better effect than pure western medicine group,and no sideeffect.
