重型颅脑损伤血清TGF-α、NSE含量的测定与意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究重型颅脑损伤患者血清转化生长因子 -α(TGF -α)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)含量变化的规律与颅脑损伤程度与预后的关系。方法 用放射免疫法测定 6 0例重型颅脑损伤患者血清TGF -α、NSE水平。结果  6 0例患者血清TGF -α与NSE呈平行负相关 ,伤后第 1天血清TGF -α呈最低值 ,血清NSE呈最高值 ,两者与正常人对照均有显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ;特重型组与重型组患者伤后第 3天内血清TGF -α水平比较 ,伤后第 5天内血清NSE水平比较均有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ;死亡组血清TGF -α呈持续低值 ,血清NSE呈持续高值。结论 颅脑损伤患者血清TGF -α与NSE水平呈平行负相关 ,测定血清TGF Objective To study the changes of serious transforming growth factor-alpha(TGF-α) and neurone specific enolase (NSE) and their relative with the traumatic degree and prognosis of head injury.Methods With the method of RIA,serious TGF-α and NSE were measured in 60 patients with severe head injury.Results Among 60 patients of severe head injury,the parallely negative correlation was observed between serious TGF-α and NSE.The first day after injury,the levels of serum TGF-α was the lowest,but the levels of serum NSE was the highest,and there was significant difference between the traumatic group and normal group (P<0.01);Between the most severe head injured group and the severe head injured group,the levels of serum TGF-α has significant difference within 3 days,the levels of serum NSE has significant difference within 5 days(P<0 01).In death group,the levels of serum TGF-α was low while that of serious NSE was high all time.Conclusion There is a parallely negative correlation between serious TGF-α and NSE,and both of them may evaluate the traumatic degree and prognosis of head injury.
