摘要
目的 观察槲皮素对血管性痴呆大鼠脑内c-fos表达及踏转轮运动的影响。方法 在大鼠连续灌胃给槲皮素 (2 0 0mg/kg)或同剂量的配药液 14天后 ,采用四血管闭塞法构建大鼠血管性痴呆 (vesseldementia ,VD)模型 ,进行踏转运动及Fos免疫组织化学观察。结果 与假手术组大鼠相比 ,VD大鼠踏转轮运动量显著降低 :VD模型构建 3h后 ,皮层 ,边缘系统及下丘脑的神经核团Fos表达显著增多。槲皮素使VD大鼠踏转轮运动明显增多 ,上述脑区Fos表达显著减少。结论 血管性痴呆对脑部造成一定程度的损伤 ,并减少大鼠的运动能力。而槲皮素则可以减轻血管性痴呆对脑部的损伤 ,增强运动量 。
Object To investigate the effect of quercetin on the Fos expression and motion ability in the vessel dementia(VD)rats.Methods VD rats models were developed by 4 vessal occlusion method.The wheeling activity and the Fos expression in the brain were examined.Results Compared with control group,the wheeling activity was dramatically decreased in the VD rats,an outstanding Fos expression was detected in widespread brain structures,especially in cortex,limbic system in the VD rats.Pretreatment with quercetin increased the wheeling activity and suppressed the Fos expression was induced by VD.Conclusion VD may impair the brain structure and the motion ability of the rats.Quercetin may protect the brain from the damage caused by VD.
