儿童斜视矫正手术的护理

Nursing of Children after Strabismus Operation

目的:提高在儿童斜视矫正手术中采用全身麻醉后的护理质量,防止术后意外的发生。方法:全麻下进行斜视矫正手术,对手术后出现的并发症采取及时有效的护理措施,并进行分析找出相关因素。结果:在本组统计共136例中,术后出现2例窒息,1例舌后坠,7例体温升高,25例清醒后因术眼疼痛,需要止痛处理,33例苏醒后未进食就出现呕吐,1例出现烦躁,用手撕掉术眼敷料。通过及时、有效处理,儿童斜视矫正手术后得到顺利康复。结论:对儿童斜视矫正手术前后的观察、护理做到认真仔细,并有预见性及时处理术后并发症,可使斜视矫正手术的儿童避免意外发生,得以顺利康复。

Purpose: To improve nursing quality after general anesthesia in children with strabismusoperation and prevent from accidents.Methods: 136 children with strabismus operation under general anesthesia were observedand cared by the same nursing staff. Efficent managements were performed to curepostoperative complications. The nursing records were analyzed.Results: In the study, glossocoma occurred in 1 case, asphyxiation in 2 cases, fever in7 cases, pain in 25 cases, vomiting without eating after awakening in 33 cases. Onepatient tore off the bandaging lint because of dysphoria.Conclusion: A careful preoperative and postoperative observation, early and predictivemangement of postoperative complications help the children with strabismus operationunder general anesthesia to recover and prevent from the accidents.
