抓好人才建设 适应卫生防病工作需要

Strengthening the Talent Building to Suit the Requirement of Sanitation and Ann' - epidemic Cause

目的 针对卫生防病队伍的现状,提出加强卫生防病人才培训,吸收先进科学的管理思路,为造就一批全学科、高层次、新科技型的卫生防病队伍,以适应未来卫生防病工作需要。方法 人才建设为各项建设之本,人才竞争居一切竞争之首。鉴于目前我市及所辖县(市、区)卫生防病队伍整体素质不够高,学历水平偏低,高层次人才极少,学科带头人缺乏,客观上形成了人才断层,制约了卫生防病事业的发展,从而提出解决的途径和办法,一是狠抓人才培养,促进卫生防病工作持续发展;二是重视人才引进,增强卫生防病工作后劲;三是加强人才管理,稳定卫生防病队伍的一些具体设想,期望得到各级领导高度重视,采取扎实措施,营造良好的氛围,促进卫生防病人才建设的健康发展。效果从盐城市卫生防疫站近2年的实践看,取得了较显著的效果,初步尝到了一点甜头。

OBJECTIVE To offer the idea of sanitation and anti - epidemic talent building, introduction and management and make an excellent sanitation and anti - epidemic procession in order to suit the requirement in the future. METHODS Talent building is the basement of all buildings and talent competition lies on the first place of all competitions. According to our present conditions of talent lack, we raised the next solutions. The first was talent training to advance the development of the sanitation and anti - epidemic cause, the second was talent introduction to increase the strength, and the last was talent management to prevent the brain drain. RESULT Judging from the practice of YanCheng Sanitation and Anti - epidemic Station, we have got significant achievement.
