关于方剂辨证的一些思考

Thought about the Differentiation of Decoction

方剂辨证 ,也称汤方辨证。其所以行之有效 ,就是因为中医的证和方剂间有着牢固的对应关系。因此“辨证选方”、“随证治之”成了中医临床上的不二法门。张仲景《伤寒论》强调辨证论治 ,同时也是方剂辨证的鼻祖和圭臬。方剂辨证的研究 ,不仅有助于深刻理解中医的“同病异治”、“异病同治”法则 ;再结合方证对应施治专一化的推进 ,也有助于在现在的条件下 ,不追求打开中医的“黑箱”。

The effect of decoction differentiation was based on the correlation between the decoction and syndrome.Treatise on Febrile Disease was the beginning of syndrome differentiation and decoction differentiation.The study of the decoction differentiation may do help to the principle that treating the same disease with different methods and treating the different disease with the same methods.It also can do help to the combined TCM and WM.
