舌针配合穴位注射治疗中风失语症40例疗效观察

Treatment of Apoplectic Aphasia by Tongue Needling with Acupoint Injection:A Report of 40 Cases

目的:观察舌针配合穴位注射治疗中风失语症的疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组30例,治疗组以舌针配合穴位注射治疗,对照组以单纯体针治疗,均12次为1疗程,治疗2疗程观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率90%,对照组60%,2组总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:舌针配合穴位注射治疗中风失语症优于单纯体针治疗,是一种较理想的治疗方法。

Objective:To cbserve the curative effect of tongue needling and acupoint injection for apoplectic aphasia(AA). Methods:70 cases were allocated to treatment group(40 cases)and control group(30 cases)randomly.The treatment group was treated by tongue needling and acupoint injection,and the control group by bodily neddling along.Both groups were treated with two treatment courses to observe the curative effect.Results: The total effective rate was 90% in treatment group and 60% in control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Tongue needling associated with acupoint injection for AA is more effective than bodily needling alone,and is an ideal measure for AA.
