目的 :观察肺癌患者与正常人血清转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)含量的差异 ,探讨血清TGF β1含量与肺癌组织学类型、分化程度、TNM分期等的相关性。方法 :收集正常人与肺癌患者的血清 ,血清TGF β1的含量用酶联免疫吸附试验 (enzyme linkedimmunosorbentassay ,ELISA)测定。结果 :6 8例肺癌患者血清TGF β1的含量为 (37± 13)ng/mL ,16例正常人血清TGF β1的含量为 (30± 13)ng/mL ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。血清TGF β1的含量与肺癌TNM分期有关 ,统计学处理结果表明 ,Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期肺癌患者的血清TGF β1含量差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,随着肺癌TNM分期的升高 ,血清TGF β1的含量逐渐升高。结论 :肺癌患者血清TGF β1含量可能与肺癌的病情进展有关 ,由于TGF β1具有较强的免疫抑制作用 ,因此 ,TGF

Objective To observe the difference of serum transforming growth factor β 1(TGF β 1)level between the patients with lung cancer and healthy volunteers and investigate the correlation between serum TGF β 1 level and histological type,differentiation grade,TNM stage of lung carcinoma. Methods Serum level of TGF β 1 was measured using an enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay (ELISA) in 68 patients with lung carcinomas and 16 healthy volunteers.Results The ranges of serum TGF β 1 level in patients with 68 patients with lung carcinomas and in 16 healthy volunteers were (37±13)ng/mL and (30±13)ng/mL, respectively. There was a significant statistical difference of serum TGF β 1 level between 68 patients with lung carcinoma and healthy control volunteers( P <0 05).There was a significant difference of serum TGF β 1 level among Stage I, Stage Ⅱ and Stage Ⅲ of lung carcinoma( P <0 05).As the increasing of TNM stage and progression of lung carcinoma, serum TGF β 1 level is also increased.Conclusions The results of the current study suggest that serum level of TGF β 1 might be associated with disease progression of lung carcinoma. Because TGF β 1 is a potent inhibitor for immune function, the upregulated expression of TGF β 1 gene may be an important cause that lead to the immune function of patients in late stage lung carcinoma is lower than that in early stage lung carcinoma.
