抗胃癌生物活性肽对荷胃癌裸鼠LDH同工酶谱的影响

Effect of Anti-gastric Cancer Bilogical Peptide on Lactic Dehydrogenase Isoenzyme

目的 :探索抗胃癌生物活性肽对荷胃癌BGC 82 3裸鼠LDH同工酶谱的影响。方法 :裸鼠皮下接种BGC 82 3细胞建立胃癌模型 ,3d后治疗组腹腔注射抗胃癌活性肽 ,对照组注射生理盐水 ,30d后处死鼠 ,用高pH不连续性聚丙烯胺凝胶电泳分析脾脏、胃、肝脏、肿瘤组织的LDH同工酶谱及LDH同工酶活性变化。结果 :与对照组比较 ,抗癌活性肽治疗组LDH同工酶谱发生改变 ,LDH5活性显著减弱。结论 :抗胃癌活性肽具有调节荷瘤裸鼠LDH同工酶代谢的作用 。

objective To study the effect of anti gastric cancer biological activity peptide (AGCBAP)on Lactic dehydrogenase isoenzyme on bearing gastric cancer nude mice.Methods Nude mice were treated with BGC 823 cells and a gastric cancer model was built.Three days after injection the mice were treatmented with AGCBAP for 30 days.The LDH isoenzyme of spleen,liver and tumor tissue was analysised on killing mice by high pH discontinuous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method.And LDH isoenzyme activity was deterimned by CS 910 scanning densitometer.Results The results showed that the LDH isoenzyme patterns of treatment group with AGCBAP has changed as compared with positive control.and there is less activity in LDH remarkably.Conclusions Anti GCBAP has an effect to regulate LDH5 isoenzyme metabolize on bearing gastric cancer mice,the exact mechanism need to be elucidated in the future.
