摘要
对 5 6例晚期无法手术的食管癌、贲门癌进行内镜下微波、高频电切和局部化疗 ,成功率达 10 0 % ,其中改善 2个等级者 3 8例 (67 86% ) ,改善 1个等级者 18例 (3 2 14 % ) ,显效率达到 92 86%。
